Hello, I have been a chef for 17 years and it is time to operate a catering business of my own. I'm tired of making other people look "Good" with my talent and hard work. I am in need of 150K which will cover everything I need to get started on my dream. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there a government resource I don't know about? I am grateful for any info.
